Submit your paper (4-6 pages) electronically following the instruction given in author's kit

The acceptance/rejection decision will be emailed by 1 Sept. 2008.

The final manuscript is due by 15 September 2008

Submission implies willingness to register for the workshop, pay the registration fee of $300 (350 non IEEE members) USD /person and present the paper.

Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee by 15 September 2008. If an author covers more than one paper with her/his registration, to guarantee inclusion in the proceedings, she/he must have paid a US$50 surcharge for each paper in excess of one (no exceptions).

Notification of acceptance/rejection:
1 Sept. 2008.
