Submit your extended abstract or draft paper electronically following the instruction given in author's kit

The acceptance/rejection decision will be emailed by 21 Sept. 2006.

The final manuscript is due by 9 October 2006.

Submission implies willingness to register for the workshop, pay the registration fee of $300 (350 non IEEE members) USD /person and present the paper.

Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee by 9 October 2006. If an author covers more than one paper with her/his registration, to guarantee inclusion in the proceedings, she/he must have paid a US$50 surcharge for each paper in excess of one (no exceptions).

Notification of acceptance/rejection:
21 Sept. 2006.
